Bombyx is a Silk/Mud hybrid, and is Finch's paternal half-sibling, she is a similar age to Finch

Cosmos
Cosmos is a NightWing, she is the one that finds Finch and frees them from the cave, the necklace around her neck is later found and is an animus item that links into Finch's more... complex lore. They can read minds and see future despite the lack of the tear drop scale in the image above they should have it

Brambling
Brambling is a RainWing who is Finch's mother, she didn't agree with the RainWing system where all the eggs were mixed up in the hatchery and decided to hatch the egg in a secret cave, also forcing Silt to watch the hatching, this obviously ends badly

Silt is a MudWing and is Finch and Bombyx father, Silt doesn't really care about his children that much, as MudWings usually do
